Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Marketing Manager/Director
Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is a vital member of the marketing team, responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, and assisting with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends to support marketing strategies.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate and manage promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, and email newsletters.
- Budget Management: Monitor marketing budgets, track expenses, and report on campaign performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for management.
- Communication: Maintain communication with internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Other Duties: Assist with various marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
